An experienced multiple entrepreneur, he's had to navigate some tough waters to successfully grow businesses. He's been a Founder or Co-Founder of 5 companies, 4 of which either attained a successful initial public offering or being acquired. He's served as a Chief Executive Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, President, and various senior executive positions in engineering, product management, marketing, sales, and business development. This well-rounded background is an important part of what Stephen brings to the table when serving his clients.
Stephen is the developer of the WholisticSolution process of strategic planning, a superior framework and process method for minimizing risks while maximizing potential. Based on a markets needs approach, it provides a better perspective for integrating all areas of your business to drive revenues, reduce costs, and gain competitive advantages.
In his current practice, he specializes in the functional areas of stratetic planning, product and promotional marketing, and business development alliances, primarily in the application of technology in the "green" industries. He is particularly known in the industries dealing with Smart Grid, datacenter energy efficiency, biofuels, micro-generated energies, and consumer "greening".
